Areas of interest: primate behavioral ecology, female reproduction, lactation, hydration
Rachel is interested in how female primates have evolved to adapt to both behavioral and environmental pressures throughout various reproductive stages. Additionally, she is interested in the extent to which mother-infant relationships, as well as the health and stress of the mother might affect offspring development and success in later life.
