Current Research

My research interests include decolonization, repatriation/restitution, and collaborative practices within museums. My current research on botanical imperialism examines the sociopolitical impact of colonialism, collections and archival science on indigenous knowledge systems and future sustainability. I am also interested in the ethics of the digitization of cultural heritage.
