Dr. David Thulman speaks on "Lower End Artifact Collections: Is a Practical Accommodation Possible among Archaeologists, Collectors, and Museums?" Dr. Thulman, who teaches at GW, is an archaeologist with a focus on Paleoindians and a particular interest in cultural heritage and cultural property issues.
